The exhibition explores the figure of Parthenope as a founding symbol of Naples, moving through ancient artefacts, iconographic testimonies and contemporary reinterpretations.

Featuring more than 250 works and loans from numerous museums, the exhibition reveals the complexity of a myth that continues to live on in the city’s culture, identity and collective narrative.
